Character: A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, reflecting its oak-aging with spices and cinnamon notes, those highlighting black fruits, tobacco and a hint of licorice that comes in on the finish. Long, round and generous. Héritage is the flagship wine of Yaffo Winery. The process begins in the choosing the grapes, continues with meticulous production standards, and ends with a fine wine.

Serving Suggestions:  An excellent accompaniment to rich foods such as shoulder of lamb or roast beef
