Character : Straw colored with persistent, discreet bubbles and packed with red fruit, vanilla and brioche aromas. No malolactic fermentation results in a lovely fresh taste and this very complex wine gives off a succession of flavors from spicy and fruity, through to candied fruits, honey and truffles and ends on a great rich brioche flavor.
