Aging: French and American oak barrels for 12 months.

Character : Soft and velvety deep purple wine. Its bouquet offers gentle notes of ripe blueberries, complemented by subtle hints of vanilla and tobacco. Medium tannins with pleasant acidity

The Malbec and Cabernet Franc grapes are sourced from high-altitude vineyards in the Judean Mountains. After being harvested manually, the grapes undergo cold maceration, followed by a two-week fermentation on the skins to extract color and tannins. A second fermentation follows, after which the wine is transferred into a variety of oak barrels to develop a more complex flavor profile
