Character : Dry white wine, produced from a combination of Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat grapes. After gentle pressing, the juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature to preserve the aromatic character of the grapes. The wine is characterized by aromas of red grapefruit and lychee, a medium body with light acidity.

Serving Suggestions: Enjoy this wine with cheese , Asian cuisines or as a classic aperitif.

Serving Temperature: 7 degrees Celsius

The wine is mevushal and Kosher LeMehadrin without Orlah, Tevel or Shvi’it and the blessing on the wine is “Pri Hagafen”.
